CLASSIC PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES FOR 2

ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS

This recipe is quick, easy, and most importantly GOOD! With the holidays quickly approaching there is hardly anytime to sit down and enjoy a homeade sweet treat. These are my GO TO… besides I know there is a jar of peanut butter waiting to be used!

Ingredients needed:

• 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy works best)
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp. whisked egg

This will make 2 HUGE cookies! Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes (moist and chewy) 12-14 minutes (crisp and crunchy). Happy baking!
