I recently got my first Russian manicure pedicure, and it was not what I expected. The usual strong or odor of nail supplies and chemicals were not present. It was at that moment I thought; what am I paying $100 for? As the nail tech did the manicure, I was actually beyond pleased! Let’s just say weeks later, my nails were at the healthiest they have been in a while.
I recall that moment to say sometimes we go through unfamiliar seasons, spaces and relationships, not knowing or understanding what is happening. But I believe God is teaching us like John to prepare the way.
Prepared to be polished when times feel like it’s too hard or it can’t be done. Desert situations are not too dry for God‘s ever flowing water. This is the space where you become who God has purpose you to be.
