Eat your greens
This wraps up the series (start here). I hope this was as fun for you as it was for me. Remember it’s not easy being green but it can be easy to EAT YOUR GREENS! It taught me that our bodies really respond to what we eat.
But don’t stop there here are some tips to keep your spring in step!
- Drink water before you eat your meal
- Keep fresh fruit and veggies cut and ready to grab and go
- Try alternatives you never know what you were like unless you try
- Never deprive yourself of a reward after you meet your goals
